Responsibilities

• Lead and manage manufacturing/industrial engineers, planners, and support staff on the shop floor.
• Develop new manufacturing build plans and conduct root cause analyses.
• Enforce policies and procedures affecting sections and units.
• Communicate cross-functionally to ensure goals are achieved.
• Drive lean practices, quality improvements, and safety.
• Manage multiple tasks to meet critical schedule deadlines.
• Present progress to senior leadership.
