You will analyze data with Excel, Tableau and Smartsheet, read drawings, coach frontline teams, and partner with engineering and quality to drive quality and efficiency. The role is union-represented with a competitive pay range and opportunities for growth within Spirit's Commercial programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing support.
• Strong communication skills; align senior leadership on objectives and coach frontline teams.
• Experience with Continuous improvement.
• Strong listening skills and a willingness to learn.
• High level understanding of machine fabrication and reading/intercepting drawings/blueprints.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Smartsheet.

Responsabilités

• Provides expertise in machine fabrication disciplines.
• Applies principles and practices related to quality, process improvement, and machine fabrication; coordinates with other support disciplines.
• Assists, tracks, and measures projects to improve processes, promote quality, reduce SR&R, using data-driven approaches.
• Utilizes statistics and data to drive manufacturing improvements, minimize process variations, and identify and remove causes of defects.
