Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems’ Wichita-based role leads quality organizations across manufacturing, driving process improvements and compliance with AS9100 standards. You will interface with suppliers, customers, and regulators, shaping quality strategy and policies while coaching teams and stakeholders.

A strong emphasis on leadership and problem-solving supports this critical role. The position requires prior manufacturing quality/leadership experience and CRM skills, with bonus points for SAP/MES

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Quality or Leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years’ customer relationship management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP/MES and AS9100 auditing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs quality organizations across functions and programs.
• Establishes processes, policies, and best practices with resource planning.
• Interfaces with suppliers, customers, and regulators through all lifecycle phases.
• Provides strategic quality vision, policies, and improvement measures.
• Educates and coaches stakeholders on quality policies and procedures.
• Offers cross-functional leadership and quality technical expertise.
