Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a senior leader to direct a large, high‑performance Manufacturing Engineering and Test Engineering organization across two shifts. The role delivers end‑to‑end production of radar systems, missile launchers, and combat‑system products, emphasizing safety, schedule adherence, and cost control.

You will oversee manufacturability, implement advanced manufacturing technologies, and supervise test development and data analysis to drive design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering is required.
• 10+ years engineering leadership in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six-Sigma, and digital manufacturing tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct a large, multi-shift Manufacturing and Test Engineering organization (>100 staff).
• Ensure safe, on-time delivery of radar, launcher, and combat-system products.
• Oversee manufacturability, process development, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate test development, data analysis, and feedback loops.
