Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Moorestown, NJ, seeks a dynamic supervisor to lead production of radar and launcher subsystems on the second shift. You will oversee 15–30 assemblers and testers, ensuring staffing, training, and daily output meets quality, cost, and schedule goals.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level clearance; US Citizenship is required.
Experience in leading assemblers and test technicians to meet quality, cost and schedule goals.
Experience in a single piece flow manufacturing environment and lean manufacturing techniques.
Ability to understand procedures, work instructions, specifications, blueprints, engineering drawings and apply this knowledge in day-to-day activities.
Experience performing Data Analysis.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 15-30 assemblers and testers, with possible OT on weekends.
Ensure staffing, training and support are in place to meet daily production demands.
Coordinate with engineering and administrative support for the workcenter.
