Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Medley, FL is seeking a Sr. Operational Excellence Manager to lead the site’s lean transformation.

You will implement our OpEx system to reduce waste, improve quality, and maximize equipment performance, while mentoring frontline leaders. The role requires hands-on Kaizen leadership, deep knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, standardized work, and layered audits, and a track record of driving continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead kaizen events and deploy OpEx tools.
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans and standardized work.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage OpEx system to drive site performance.
• Develop site OpEx strategy, initiatives, coaching and training.
• Identify process improvements and lead production projects.
• Oversee quality initiatives and metrics with operations.
