Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the operating expense and quality functions at our Dallas facility. You will build systems that audit quality, strengthen fabrication and supply chain performance, and grow a team with ownership and collaborative problem solving.

The role requires 5+ years of leading process-focused systems in manufacturing or distribution, knowledge of TPS, and a track record of independent solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Op Ex, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years building and leading process-focused systems in manufacturing, fabrication, or distribution.
• Working knowledge of TPS and modern quality systems thinking.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive solutions with minimal oversight.
• Experience building supplier and customer quality processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build an Op Ex system that thrives on continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.
• Develop a quality system that audits for quality and embeds continuous improvement in daily work.
• Lead process engineering across billet preheating, extrusion, finishing, and shaping daily production.
