Saint-Gobain, via CertainTeed, seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to drive loss identification and eradication, coach pillar leaders, and ensure sustainable business impact. This role champions cultural change, challenges the status quo, and aligns improvement efforts with corporate strategies.

You will lead RCA, Kaizen events, and framework deployment across the plant, delivering measurable savings and KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates /Technical degree in Engineering, Operations or related field is required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field is preferred
• Certified Manufacturing Engineer is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment is required

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Steering Committees to align safety, quality, delivery, cost and people site priorities, review progress, and ensure accountability to KPIs.
• Own and maintain the Deployment Plan and Roadmap, integrating pillar activities with the plant’s strategic objectives and drive overall project execution.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Kaizen events, and problem-solving workshops to eliminate chronic losses

Education
