MISO Default Brand is seeking a Senior Operator Readiness Advisor to manage desk-specific training programs from onboarding through desk certification. You will work closely with trainees, SMEs and Operations leaders to develop and facilitate training, monitor progress and identify readiness gaps to improve learning experiences for real-world operating conditions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in reliability coordination, generation & interchange, balancing & dispatch, or related control room operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Familiarity with NERC, FERC, or similar compliance frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead desk-specific onboarding, OJT, and qualification programs.
• Develop and facilitate cohort-based training and readiness activities.
• Track trainee progress and address learning gaps.
• Partner with Operations leadership and SMEs to improve training effectiveness.
• Incorporate operational lessons learned into continuous learning training content and simulations.
