Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a nationally deployed leadership program. You will rotate through plasma centers across the country, progressing from trainee to Plasma Center Operations Manager.

The program emphasizes hands-on management, mentorship, and rapid career growth. Expect up to 95% travel and relocation after completion to lead a BioLife center.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
• Lift up to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers
• Cultivate a positive environment, mentor and assess team performance
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager role through training and networking
• Provide operational support, conduct management training, and engage with senior management
• Support donor experience and may assist with production
• Travel across the country and return home every other weekend
