This role handles a range of policy transactions, ensures proper documentation, and collaborates with underwriting, sales producers, and agents to review and process new or renewal CL business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial lines insurance operations preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external information requests and explain plan details.
• Document and maintain customer policy information; ensure data accuracy.
• Process and release policy documents to customers and record activities.
• Provide operations support including new and renewal transactions.
• Support process improvement projects and quality audits.
