Job summary

Sentry is hiring for an Insurance Operations role based in Stevens Point, WI, offering hybrid flexibility with in-office collaboration Tue–Thu and remote options Mon and Fri. You will respond to requests, maintain policy data, and process policy documents while supporting updates and renewals.

A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, data integrity, and teamwork. The role requires a High School Diploma (Associate Degree preferred) and experience in commercial lines operations, with a clear path

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial lines insurance operations preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet service standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external information requests, including email and phone inquiries.
• Document and maintain customer policy information with accuracy and compliance.
• Process and release policy documentation to customers and parties; log activities in systems.
• Provide operations support including processing of new and renewal transactions and policy updates.
• Provide general administrative support and participate in process improvement projects.
