Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience supporting commercial lines insurance operations preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately both verbally and in writing

• Organizational skills and ability to meet service standards and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Respond to information requests; explain plan details and processing requirements
• Document and maintain customer policy information; gather data from sources; ensure accuracy
• Process and release policy documentation; document activities in internal systems
• Provide operations support including processing of new and renewal transactions and policy updates
• Provide general administrative support including process improvement and quality audits
