Job summary

You will supervise, coach, and evaluate staff, manage staffing and budgets, and implement controls to meet regulatory requirements while driving quality, efficiency, and risk-aware decisions across the department.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years managing a team
• Experience in analyzing business requirements, developing test plans, and discrepancy resolution
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Finance or Banking
• Licensing/Registration: Series 7, 9, 10 and 63

Responsibilities

• Monitor team results, manage budgets, and contribute to procedures
• Develop new techniques, models, and plans within area of expertise
