Job summary

You will oversee external partnerships and drive continuous improvements to ensure on-time delivery. You will manage a team of operations specialists, collaborate with planning, production, and procurement, and optimize logistics processes to meet business objectives and regulatory

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline.
• 6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with 4+ years in leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills and BI reporting experience.
• Knowledge of statistics, operations research and transport optimization.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution and customer service.
• Direct inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing activities, safety, and logistics quality.
• Manage daily fulfillment with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping and procurement to meet orders and optimize on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs such as On Time Delivery (OTD) and MTTR; drive improvements.
• Oversee relationships with external partners/vendors and negotiate terms.
• Create policies for end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Lead a team of operations specialists and develop risk management programs.
