Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Manager of Operations in Hartford, CT to drive end-to-end supply chain management, including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.

You will lead a team of operations specialists and coordinate with planning, production, and procurement to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on optimizing external supply chain activities while providing internal leadership.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline.
• 6+ years in hardware operations & supply chain, with at least 4 years of leadership in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operation research and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to leaders, employees and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Driven, positive, and effective leader.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate a global operations organization.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support objectives.
• Evaluate performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, including transportation optimization and warehouse activities.
• Oversee daily fulfillment of customer shipments with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements and prioritize for on-time delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements to business procedures.
