Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. seeks a Manager, Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution and customer service. You will coordinate with procurement, planning, production, shipping, and quality to meet order requirements and optimize on-time delivery.

You will oversee third-party logistics, monitor KPIs, and develop risk management programs to ensure continuity and customer satisfaction across a global operations landscape.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with 4+ years in leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, OP/OR and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to leaders, employees and customers.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Flexible hours to accommodate a global operations organization.
• Background screening including employment verifications, criminal search and more.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support objectives.
• Evaluate performance by gathering and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations and transportation optimization.
• Manage daily fulfillment with Verint’s third party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements.
• Evaluate efficiency of business procedures and implement improvements.
• Own decisions and risk mitigators for competing priorities and monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Create policies for end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Plan/implement material flow management systems to meet production.
• Analyze transport networks for cost, productivity, and timelines.
• Implement customer-specific reporting and transportation metrics.
• Monitor import/export processes for regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate transportation rates or services.
• Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve efficiency or sustainability.
• Plan/implement improvements to logistics systems or processes.
• Recommend new technology, such as automated systems.
• Develop risk management programs to ensure supply continuity.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems.
