• Identify risks and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and quality standards are followed.
• Monitor KPIs and support cost-control initiatives.
• Escalate complex employee relations issues.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and client requirements.
• Communicate performance and risks to senior leadership.
