Job summary

Eleven is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the operations arm of Eleven Central, driving cross-functional initiatives and strategic analysis across finance, sales, marketing and product development. This role requires entrepreneurial hospitality experience, strong leadership, and an ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in business operations, project management, or business development.
• Experience in an entrepreneurial hospitality, guiding, adventure, or related experiential industry.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Experience managing or coordinating property openings or large-scale operational projects.
• Strong written communication and Excel/analytical skills with experience presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects supporting broader business functions, including budgeting and product development, in partnership with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Business Systems.
• Partner with Finance on business optimization analysis and coordinate operational inputs into models.
• Produce decks and financial analysis for Eleven's leaders and ownership to review.
• Manage and develop an existing direct report responsible for training and project coordination, operations systems, training and coordination support.
• Act as project manager relative to product development process ensuring timely completion of operations deliverables across multiple business units.
• Coordinate operational deliverables relative to new company-wide initiatives.
