Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Talent and scale ElevenLabs’ global Talent organization. You will help shape strategy, turn priorities into action, and lead work that requires deep talent expertise and focused execution across GTM, G&A, and Technical recruiting, Talent Operations, and Talent Programs.

You’ll embed with teams to accelerate progress, own high-visibility projects sponsored by senior leadership, and help turn successful approaches into repeatable

Qualifications

• You bring deep talent expertise and have helped a global organization navigate hypergrowth at scale, including hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones.
• You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and delivering the work yourself.
• You have led teams, functions, or complex talent initiatives with clear accountability for results.
• You have delivered high visibility projects with senior executive stakeholders, bringing structure, pace, and sound judgment to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Turn Talent strategy into execution. Partner with the Head of Talent to identify priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate decisions into clear plans, owners, and outcomes.
• Embed where you can make the greatest difference. Step into teams or initiatives that need additional leadership, expertise, or execution capacity.
• Lead high visibility projects from idea to outcome. Own strategic initiatives sponsored by the Head of Talent and other senior leaders, such as new sourcing experiments and targeted talent campaigns.
• Improve how the Talent organization works together. Partner with Talent leaders to resolve issues that cut across teams, improve decision‑making, and share effective practices.
