Job summary

HP Enterprise seeks a Director of Solution Engineering to define the long-term strategy for solution validation, automation, and product readiness across product portfolios. You will lead executive reviews, align across PM, Architecture, Development, and Sales, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

The role requires deep networking and software engineering expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex products at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 18+ years of experience in networking, software engineering, or telecommunications.
• 8+ years of leadership experience including managing managers and large technical organizations.
• Experience delivering complex networking products and customer use-case validations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for solution validation, customer use-case qualification, automation, and product readiness across multiple product portfolios.
• Build and scale high-performing teams through effective leadership and talent development.
• Champion automation-first methodologies to improve productivity, test coverage, and product quality.
• Lead executive reviews and communicate progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive alignment across multiple organizations to resolve cross-functional challenges and accelerate decision-making.
