Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Business Senior Manager to lead large cross-functional initiatives that improve store operations, workforce effectiveness, and overall business performance.

You will partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to define project scope, establish governance, communicate priorities, drive execution, and ensure sustainable, measurable results aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead large cross-functional projects delivering value to The Home Depot through process improvements.
• Liaise with internal/external clients, operations staff and senior leadership.
• Create and maintain multiple project work plans and governance artifacts.
• Manage issues and roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with Operations process teams and SSC functions to drive change across the enterprise.
• Use strategic thinking to articulate big-picture solutions and actionable steps.
• Identify new processes to improve store performance and bottom line.
• Direct and develop 5–10 managers/supervisors/analysts and other resources.
