Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Manager of Pro Strategy and Execution to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception through execution. You will coordinate with Outside Sales leadership and partner teams to translate insights into action and drive adoption and results.

Reporting to the Director of Pro Strategy, you will manage leadership rhythms, prepare executive presentations, and maintain portfolio visibility across initiatives, milestones and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of priority Pro initiatives with clear objectives, roadmaps, owners, dependencies, risks and decision points.
• Translate business performance and field insights into recommendations for Outside Sales leadership.
• Partner with Outside Sales, Operations, Enablement, Product, Technology, Finance, HR, Communications and other teams to implement plans that drive adoption and results.
• Manage leadership operating rhythms and deliverables, including business reviews, updates and executive presentations.
• Maintain integrated portfolio visibility across initiatives, KPIs, milestones and dependencies; escalate risks as needed.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives linking initiatives to Pro value, sales priorities and financial objectives.
