Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a seasoned Operations Strategy professional to lead store operations projects and drive major process improvements across assigned areas in the Atlanta region. You will work with the Operations Strategy Team to implement initiatives that enhance efficiency and store performance.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver actionable insights and practical recommendations for improving day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in retail or process management.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and guide team to correct actions.
• Develop and implement changes to store operations processes.
• Manage day-to-day processes and project work plans.
• Resolve issues and remove roadblocks within area.
• Communicate with field/stores and partners.
• Deliver insights and recommendations from data analyses.
• Provide guidance and training on area of expertise.
• Maintain knowledge of operations processes.
• Oversee performance management of Business Analysts.
