Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with modern software development practices and agile methodologies (XP) preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product strategy and priorities to development teams and partners.
• Formulate and validate hypotheses through user research and testing.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX and other stakeholders to deliver value.
• Lead product demos, standups, planning sessions and retrospectives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders.
