Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Consultant to serve as a key execution partner to Business Enablement Leads (BELs) and Wholesale TD&O leadership. The role translates business priorities into actionable plans, ensuring transparency, operational health, and alignment with enterprise requirements.

The individual coordinates across technology, business, finance, risk, audit, HR, sourcing, and enterprise partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and technology applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently works on day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Identifies, designs, and implements improvements in operational workflows through technology and process enhancements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
• Independently analyses performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements and provide process improvement suggestions to senior professionals.
• Assists with integrating innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Communicates operational status, risks, and improvement plans to stakeholders and leadership.
• When applicable, manages supplier activities to support effective cost control and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
