Truist is seeking an experienced Industry Specialist to support leaders and teams in executing complex financial transactions across assigned industries. This role requires strategic thinking, strong client engagement, and the ability to influence cross-functional groups.

You will lead all aspects of deal execution, mentor junior staff, and proactively develop industry content to educate bankers and drive revenue growth. Strong collaboration with regions and deal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of financial services experience.
• Advanced financial analytical, sales, presentation and relationship skills.
• Experience leading client transactions and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written/oral communication and detail orientation.
• Ability to navigate a distributed model and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead transaction execution including pitch creation and deal team formation.
• Direct work of junior staff and coordinate with risk, legal and other teams.
• Independently manage calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop industry content and thought leadership to support revenue growth.
• Educate regional teams and strengthen relationships with key clients.
