Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior Operations Management professional to support the AFLCMC OM Division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role includes administrative duties, travel support, MIS/IT oversight, and training staff on key systems and processes.

You will coordinate recognition programs, manage staff packages in SharePoint/SOCCER, track suspenses, and assist with special projects and data conversions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Operations Management support for AFLCMC OM Division.
• Experience coordinating recognition programs across multiple aircraft programs and coordinating with directorates.
• Ability to train staff on submission and tracking processes (SharePoint, SOCCER) and ensure timeliness of OM-related tasks.
• Experience with travel administration processes and DTS, including budgeting, travel authorizations, and vouchers.
• Familiarity with handling classified material and working in DoD travel regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recognition programs across Fighters & Advanced Aircraft, Bombers, and F-35; represent directorates; maintain customer relationships; assess satisfaction; explain policies; resolve issues; provide guidance and training; assist with nomination packages.
• Provide instructions and training on submission/tracking of staff packages in SharePoint and SOCCER; track OM suspenses, MIS/IT, facilities, resources, training, awards, manpower, safety, and security; complete within timeframes.
• Support special projects by identifying needs, milestones, and goals; evaluate reports; conduct research; prepare responses; support electronic file conversions and archiving.
• Perform administrative tasks for OM: tracking manning, data entry, reporting, filing, mail handling, classified material handling, correspondence, office equipment, and supplies.
• Assist in managing training programs for Fighters & Advanced Aircraft, Bombers, and F-35; track training budgets; update ETMS and databases; process training requirements.
• Administer DTS at the organization level; liaison with banking and travel offices; support CONUS/OCONUS travel for meetings, reviews, audits.
• Maintain DTS expertise; train personnel on DTS; serve as Tier I help desk; escalate issues; assist with travel authorizations, orders, and vouchers.
• Maintain DD Form 577 records and related certifications; protect Privacy Act information; manage DTS roles and profiles; establish new accounts; review profiles for access.
• Generate weekly mandatory tasks.
