Job summary

Credence seeks a Product Support Manager to support the AFLCMC/LG directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will provide logistics guidance, develop training, and lead project tasks that ensure effective product support across the center’s programs.

You will bring DoD experience, a solid understanding of product support elements, and the ability to coordinate with multiple agencies while maintaining compliance and strong program stewardship.

Qualifications

• Active or current Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 3 years of DoD experience, 3 of which must be in the DoD.
• OR seven years of directly related experience with proper PWS certifications, five of which must be in the DoD.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in, and working knowledge of, a USAF program office or USAF program acquiring, fielding, and sustaining weapons and/or support systems.
• Expert knowledge of Product Support Management and Product Support Elements (PSEs) to plan and manage cost and performance across the product support value chain.
• Knowledge of risk management, program protection, supply chain risk, transition planning, and private/public partnerships.
• Subject matter expertise in acquisition logistics and day-to-day management of the 12 product support/IS elements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with providing logistics support and guidance to program offices in product support tasks.
• Develop and provide training, including training documentation and on-site or virtual training.
• Perform control activities: schedule monitoring, progress monitoring, fielding questions, and risk management.
• Develop tools and center-level processes to standardize product support procedures across AFLCMC.
• Create and maintain guides, standards/specifications, contract language, models, templates, and metrics to assess product support health.
• Provide program office outreach by responding to questions, researching, and assisting program and staff offices with product support activities.
• Coordinate with OSD, defense agencies, HAF, SAF, major commands, AFMC, and AFLCMC program offices as needed.
• Participate in staff visits, briefings, meetings, and coordinate tasks upon Government request.
