Credence Management Solutions, LLC in Ohio seeks a Senior Operations Analyst to support the Operations Management Division (AFLCMC/WAO/WBO) providing administrative, data-driven insights and project coordination for both PEOs and Directorates across Wright Patterson AFB. The role involves handling records, training, awards, MIS/IT oversight, and travel orders, plus preparing reports for senior leadership. A secret clearance and DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

Active secret security clearance required.
Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field with 10 years DoD experience (5 in DoD).
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 12 years DoD experience (5 in DoD).
15 years of directly related experience with certifications as per PWS requirements (8 in DoD).

Responsibilities

Provide division support for administrative functions, travel, awards, training, and non-acquisition tasks.
Advise senior leaders on projects; research policy/regulatory impacts and prepare recommendations.
Collect and interpret division data for accuracy and policy compliance.
Serve as project manager for special studies and present findings to senior managers.
Coordinate across directorates and HQ USAF in meetings and briefs.
Prepare clear oral/written communications tailored to audience and outcomes.
Maintain master files and classified/unclassified program data for tracking.
Retrieve data via queries; maintain tracking to identify deficiencies and actions.
