Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a senior Operations Management professional to support AFLCMC/WAO/WBO at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Qualifications

• Active secret security clearance required.
• Advanced degree required with DoD experience.
• Significant experience in DoD programs and records management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recognition programs and manage nomination packages.
• Provide training on staff packages in SharePoint and SOCCER; track OM suspense, MIS/IT, facilities and training timelines.
• Support special projects by identifying needs, milestones and research; assist with electronic file conversion.
• Administer OM functions: track manpower, prepare charts, enter data and handle classified materials as required.
• Track training program activities, ETMS data, and manage training budgets.
• Administer the Defense Travel System (DTS); liaise with banking, travel offices, and travelers; support CONUS/OCONUS travel.
• Maintain DTS expertise; train personnel and serve as Tier I Help Desk for traveler questions.
• Maintain appointment records and training certificates; manage Privacy Act data and DTS roles.
• Generate weekly DTS and banking reports; provide manpower insights to leadership and divisions.
• Serve as manpower point of contact; develop CME project plans and coordinate staffing studies.
• Develop manpower determinants; evaluate data and propose process improvements for mission effectiveness.
• Prepare CME documentation; maintain CME organizational charts and related records.
