Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to read and understand safety guidelines, operating procedures, and manuals.
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure and performing calculations.
• Experience managing Customer Service, Shipping, and Scheduling teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Customer Service, Shipping, and Scheduling teams to align with policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff; provide feedback and address concerns.
• Plan, assign, and direct tasks; monitor on-time deliveries and product quality.
• Manage inventory, stock trends, and communication with Sales Manager.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
