Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with corrugators, converting equipment, boilers, and plant support systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and mentor technicians; conduct weekly Production/Safety meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of all plant machinery, including boilers and equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance program to extend equipment life and reliability.
• Manage parts inventory and sourcing with cost-conscious mindset.
• Oversee contractor work and capital/expense projects; collaborate with Maintenance Manager.
