Samsung Electronics America in Plano, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support CPFR processes, forecast, and replenishment for national retail and strategic accounts. You will work with SCM, Sales, Marketing RPM and GOC teams to develop reliable delivery plans and KPI reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data analysis, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external partners to optimize inventory and production allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years’ experience in finance, business, or supply chain management.
• Experience in telecommunications and/or wireless industries.
• Strong MS Excel knowledge and skills.

Responsabilités

• Support CPFR supply chain planning with key customer contacts.
• Analyze weekly PSI to drive manufacturing and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage system tools such as GSCM, SAP and SMART for real-time data and analysis.
• Provide updates on product arrival schedules against delivery commitments.
• Monitor KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with headquarters and cross-functional teams and escalate production/delivery issues.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
