Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, headquartered in Plano, TX, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to support National Retail and Strategic Accounts. You will forecast, plan, analyze data, and ensure delivery commitments while coordinating with SCM, Sales, and Marketing teams.

The role involves weekly CPFR planning, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with headquarters to optimize production allocation and inventory management. A strong Excel background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years in finance, business, or supply chain.
• Experience in telecoms/wireless with finance, logistics, or operations.
• Resolve product development, launches, and logistics issues.
• Build strong relationships across levels and teams.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CPFR supply chain process with key customer contacts.
• Analyze weekly PSI to drive sales targets and timely fulfillment.
• Manage tools (GSCM, SAP, SMART) for real-time sales, forecast, and inventory.
• Provide daily/weekly updates on product arrival schedules and variances.
• Monitor weekly/quarterly KPIs to identify improvements and efficiency gains.
• Communicate with HQ and cross-functional teams; handle escalations.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal/external customers.
