The role requires 3–6 years of experience, deep knowledge of COSO/Basel II, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work includes three in-office days weekly at St. Petersburg, FL; Memphis, TN; or Southfield, MI.

  • Proven success managing risk projects and working independently.
  • Deep understanding of risk frameworks (COSO, Basel II) and regulatory environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

In office days will be 3 per week in one of the following locations: St. Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN, or Southfield, MI.

About The Role

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support audits and regulatory exams, and help drive a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
