Job summary

Raymond James Bank Oversight & Control is seeking a detail-oriented risk professional to support the management of operational, regulatory, and compliance risk across private client banking, deposit operations, loan operations, and corporate real estate. The role involves executing risk-based testing, analyzing data, and collaborating with business leaders to strengthen the control environment and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of internal control testing and QA processes.
• Working knowledge of applicable banking regulations.
• Awareness of Raymond James Bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Execute monitoring and control testing per annual plan.
• Perform risk-based sampling, testing and validation.
• Analyze transactions to identify errors and emerging risks.
• Document review procedures, testing results, and conclusions.
• Prepare monitoring and testing reports with observations and corrective actions.
• Track issues through remediation and verify actions taken.
• Utilize data analytics tools to review large data sets.
• Support periodic reporting to management and governance committees.
• Assist audits/regulatory exams with documentation and analysis.
• Develop and enhance monitoring methodologies and reporting practices.
• Serve as SME across Raymond James Bank on risk topics.
