Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a strategic, data-driven Risk Management professional to lead risk initiatives across the Operations division. You will analyze trends, deliver insights to leadership, support audits and regulatory exams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

You'll own risk assessments, partner with process owners to implement risk-based controls, and influence senior leaders to drive continuous improvement in risk practices while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years experience in risk management or related field.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory examinations.
• Strong knowledge of COSO and Basel II frameworks.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk initiatives: own risk assessments, control reviews, remediation.
• Analyze trends, monitor metrics, deliver reports to leadership/regulators.
• Collaborate with departments as risk liaison to improve controls.
• Support auditors and process owners to implement risk-based solutions.
• Drive change and continuous improvement in risk practices.
