Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in risk management, quality assurance, compliance, or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership or program management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong adaptability, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, document, and report risk-based assurance.
