Responsibilities

• Review the accuracy of Commercial Bank's HMDA weekly, monthly, and yearly LAR reporting.
• Engage with control colleagues to gather information for the annual Fair Lending Risk Assessment.
• Partner with CB Control Managers to document and walk through control processes for annual testing.
• Define and document control processes across all areas the team supports.
• Provide thought leadership in enhancing the Commercial Bank Fair Lending Program.
• Identify potential control gaps and risks and determine viable mitigation solutions.
