Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in business management or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with organizational metrics and performance reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build partnerships across functions.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a forward-thinking mindset toward emerging technology.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Credit Risk Leadership team in day-to-day business management activities, including strategic planning, resourcing, and efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor utilization of third-party providers and track forecast and actuals versus plan, articulating variance drivers across the portfolio.
• Organize and present complex information with strong design and proficiency in Excel while embracing emerging technologies.
• Leverage business intelligence tools to generate process efficiencies, enhance operational controls, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and spend analysis as part of supporting procurement and oversight of third-party providers.
• Collect, organize, and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
• Prepare presentations and communications for internal meetings, leadership forums, and strategic planning sessions.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests with agility and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Education
