Job summary

You will monitor HMDA reporting accuracy, support the Fair Lending Risk Assessment, and collaborate with CB Control Managers to document and refine control processes while seeking opportunities to strengthen risk mitigation across the bank.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in operations, controls, audit, QA, or compliance.
• Collaborative team player with high professionalism.

• Experience in developing business processes while identifying risks and control gaps.
• Strong data analytics, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review the accuracy of HMDA reporting weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• Engage with control colleagues to support annual Fair Lending Risk Assessment.
• Partner with CB Control Managers to document control processes for annual testing.
• Define and document control processes across all supported areas.
• Provide thought leadership in enhancing the Commercial Bank Fair Lending Program.
• Identify control gaps and risks and determine viable mitigation solutions.
