Responsibilities

• Support the Credit Risk Leadership team in day-to-day business management activities, including strategic planning and efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor third-party providers and track forecast vs. plan, articulating variance drivers.
• Organize and present complex information strategically, using Excel and design concepts.
• Leverage BI tools to drive process efficiencies and support data-driven decisions.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and spend analysis for procurement oversight.
• Maintain internal resources and docs on collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
• Prepare presentations for leadership forums and strategic planning sessions.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests with a solutions-oriented mindset.
