Job summary

Qualifications
- This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and strong leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical leadership across plant maintenance and engineering functions.
- Ensure mechanical and electrical expertise supports production systems and utilities.
- Lead maintenance operations for high-speed production and packaging equipment.
- Oversee maintenance roles with strong performance management and team development.
- Drive standardization of maintenance practices and improve asset reliability.
- Lead capital projects from concept through execution and optimize plant layout.
