Job summary

IntePros is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to lead continuous improvement at a high-volume manufacturing plant in Monett, MO. You will deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching of hourly teams, and collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Quality. A relocation package is offered, but sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of equivalent technical experience may substitute for a degree.
• ASQ Green Belt Certification is required.
• Proven track record leading Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives with measurable operational and financial results.
• Strong experience using production data and statistical analysis to identify problems and implement sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and manufacturing performance.
• Coach plant leaders and frontline employees on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify opportunities, facilitate improvement discussions, and help teams prioritize initiatives with measurable results.
• Promote a hands-on, Gemba-focused approach to continuous improvement and employee engagement.
