Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Plant Maintenance and Reliability Manager to lead a maintenance team and drive reliability improvements on polyiso production lines. You will balance engineering strategy with hands-on troubleshooting in a 24/7 operation.

The role requires a 4-year engineering degree and 7–10 years in manufacturing, including 5 years in engineering/reliability, with strong leadership and budgeting skills. Join a people-first environment focused on best-in-class reliability.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in engineering/reliability roles.
• Proven experience leading a direct-report team (Supervisors/Technicians).
• Hands-on proficiency: able to work with tools and troubleshoot on the floor.
• Strong project management, including budgeting and vendor negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to the Maintenance Supervisor and technician team.
• Mentor the FAME apprentice and ensure proper on-the-job training.
• Lead efforts to improve teammate relations within the department and across manufacturing.
• Collaborate with sister sites to share best practices.
