Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; 9+ years in operations, administration, or related field.
• 3+ years leading facilities/workplace ops projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP, Lean or Six Sigma a plus; hybrid work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational projects from planning through execution with cross-team coordination.
• Identify risks, adjust plans, and ensure timely delivery aligned with priorities.
• Improve workflows and reduce administrative burden across the organization.
• Coordinate facilities, IT, security, procurement and workplace operations as needed.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and monitor operational metrics and assets.
