Responsibilities

• Support daily security operations for multiple posts and shifts.
• Maintain schedules and staffing using Winteam.
• Maintain onboarding, training, compliance, and records.
• Ensure disciplinary files are reviewed and approved prior to final review.
• Work closely with the client for post changes and staffing requests.
• Ensure trained personnel staff all posts and comply with standards.
• Maintain contract compliance and client communications.
• Prepare reports for the corporate office and provide updates.
• Act for the PM during the PM's absence and manage security aspects.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss staffing and policy strategies.
