Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union seeks an experienced Operations Services Senior Business Analyst to lead large-scale projects across multiple systems and vendors. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, mentor analysts, and drive issues to resolution.

You will oversee testing, release readiness, and QA/UAT activities, coordinating with IT, business teams, and external vendors to ensure successful implementations and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing.
• Experience leading UAT activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Project participation including management and coordination of projects preferred.
• Financial institution experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Service Operations projects (ACH, checks, wires, item processing, treasury management, digital banking, deposits, loans).
• Define large-scale projects with detailed work plans, schedules, resources, testing approaches, and estimates.
• Provide evidence-based analysis and vendor recommendations on system changes and efficiencies.
• Lead troubleshooting with vendors for upgrades, production issues, and defects.
• Document issues, decisions, and next steps with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Lead testing of fixes and support QA and UAT testing phases.
