Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking an EPMO Senior Project Analyst to lead business analysis, drive project planning and reporting, and manage requirements across complex programs. The role bridges strategy and execution within the EPMO, ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

You will coordinate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver feasible solutions, maintain traceability, and support UAT strategy and metrics for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, MIS or Computer Science required
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related area preferred
• 3+ years in project analysis/coordination/management; experience creating requirements and quality analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, drive planning, reporting, and requirements management across projects.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement and ensure governance and compliance with EPMO standards.
• Develop and manage UAT, dashboards, and executive reporting; support risk and change management.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, MIS or Computer Science
